Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below is our return and refund policy, aligned with Zendrop’s fulfillment process.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jonesysfinds.co.nz.
- Include your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
Incorrect or Missing Items
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and supporting photos.
- We’ll send the correct item or issue a refund at no extra cost.
Order Not Received
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15–20 business days, contact us to investigate. If tracking shows no delivery and the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a refund or resend.
Change of Mind
Because our products are shipped from overseas and fulfilled on demand, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please double-check your order before confirming payment.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed and shipped. Once an order is in fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
