Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Delivery (NZ-wide): 10-14 business days
  • Rural Delivery: May take an additional 1–2 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is 100% free on all orders, anywhere in New Zealand. No minimum spend required.

Customs and Import Duties

All customs fees, taxes, and import duties are covered by us. You won’t be charged anything extra upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel through our courier partner’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@contemporarytapware.co.nz within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
